The White House’s official X account called President Donald Trump a “King,” as King Charles III lauded checks and balances while speaking to a joint meeting of Congress.
While addressing Congress Tuesday afternoon, the King praised the separation of powers that replaced the British monarchy in the former U.S. colonies, calling it a “great inheritance” that was passed down from the United Kingdom to the United States.
