Witney Carson, who is expecting baby No. 3, is giving this upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars her all despite having a bun in the oven!
"Iām really excited about just this phase of life that Iām in, where I do get to grow my family. Iām 15 weeks pregnant ā and so Iām going to be going into this season very far along pregnant. Thatās just where Iām at in my life. I didnāt quite have that on my bingo card for 2026, to compete and be this pregnant. But life happens, and we donāt need to stop living our lives because we are working. We wear many hats, and so we can do it all because women are incredible," the star, 32, exclusively tells OK! while talking about her partnership with Chevron to share simple ways drivers can save on fuel and prepare for both road trips and everyday driving. "Iām just going to keep that mantra of empowering myself to show off the bump. I want to impress myself, I think, more than anyone ā just to see what my body can do and see what I can do."

"My mentality hasnāt changed from seasons past. I always want to do the best that I possibly can. So I think thatās what Iām excited about. What Iām nervous about is, I think, just the feedback, being very vulnerable on television. I mean, millions of people watch the show. I donāt know if theyāve ever seen a big pregnant woman dancing, like a big belly dancing on there. So itās really out there for the world to judge and to comment on. I think Iām a little bit worried about that, but I also have to remember that this is a miracle, and Iām just grateful that I can carry a healthy baby and do what I love at the same time," Carson, who is partnered with Guillermo Rodriguez, adds.
Still, the blonde beauty, who shares two sons named Leo and Jet with her husband, Carson McAllister, has her eye on the prize.
"I mean, obviously I want to win. Iām very competitive. I got a taste of it last season, so I want to win again. I told Guillermo that, and he said, 'Donāt be greedy. Let someone else win this season,'" she quipped, referring to her and Robert Irwin's Season 34 win. "I think it just goes to show my competitiveness. I just want to do the best that I possibly can, no matter who the partner is. And, you know, heās down for it, so weāre going to try everything we can."

Though the dancer will be working hard in the studio, she's "excited" about expanding her brood.
"The love has been overwhelming, and itās been so much fun to see everyone support and love, because weāre also really excited. Obviously, this was the perfect time for us to grow our family. By the time I have this baby, my youngest will be 4, so we really just felt like it was a good time for us. The boys are very excited, and theyāve been wanting a baby brother or sister for a long time. Going into this season, itās very daunting because I donāt know what to expect, per se. I have not danced this far along pregnant or competed this far along pregnant before, but honestly, my body feels great. I feel like I have a lot more energy, so Iām just going to take it by the horns and do the best that I possibly can. Weāre excited. Weāre excited that I can work and grow my family at the same time. Itās a big blessing," she shares.

Witney Carson hopes her boys will be 'helpful' when the new baby arrives.@WITNEYCARSON/INSTAGRAM
The ABC star is hoping her sons will quickly want to assist when the little one arrives.
"I think my boys are ready, hopefully, to be helpful with another one. So weāre just going to embrace it. Weāre already this far into it, so weāre ready," she says.
For now, she's soaking up this time with her loved ones.
"Balance for me is really prioritizing my family. So if Iām working more than I am at home, then I take a back seat from work. Thatās always been my mantra. I always want to be a present mom. I want to take my kids to school. I want to make their lunches. Iāve always been that way because thatās how my mom was. Thatās just in me innately. Iām not saying itās a better or good thing. Iām just saying, for me, thatās how I am fulfilled the most. So if I am mostly at home and working a little bit, then thatās just a great balance for me, and thatās what makes me the happiest. If Iām working too much, I always try and take a step back and reevaluate my priorities," she notes.

"I think it does take time to get over that mom guilt, but just remember that you are important as well. Our kids are everything to us, but you need to make sure that youāre prioritizing your mental health and physical health too," she adds.
Since Carson's family is only getting bigger, it made sense for her to partner with Chevron for the last few weeks of the summer to share simple ways drivers can save on fuel and prepare for both road trips and everyday driving.
"We do so many road trips as a family, and my kids are now 5 and 3, so they actually get super excited over road trips. When this partnership came up with Chevron, we were really excited to partner with them. It just felt like a really seamless fit for us. Weāve really loved being able to be educated more on Chevron with TechronĀ®ās technology ā the technology that cleans the buildup on your engine from low-quality fuel over time. It really helps with your mileage and the longevity of your vehicle. For us, in our family vehicle, thatās a really big deal," she says.
She adds, "Itās just one less thing I have to think about. I am not the person to say I would ever think about whatās underneath my hood or the engine or anything like that. Now that Iām more educated on it, itās like, we only do Chevron now. Itās been such a peace of mind to just really enjoy my family and the memories that weāre making and the adventures that we have together. So we were really excited about this partnership."
Chevron with TechronĀ® is helping drivers fuel their end-of-summer road trips and daily driving to maximize their mileage by cleaning up harmful engine deposits and protecting engines for the long haul. TechronĀ® is included in every grade of Chevron gas, making engine protection accessible to all drivers.
Carson's collaboration highlights her lifestyle as a frequent traveler and road tripper ā emphasizing the importance of engine care with every journey.

"Iām definitely a Type B mom, so thatās figure-it-out-as-we-go. The only thing that Iām really adamant about is the packing and the planning, just to have a seamless ride and a seamless vacation, because I feel like when youāre unprepared, things can get a little bit chaotic. As far as where weāre going or what weāre doing, Iām pretty chill about that, but as far as what we need to pack, Iām always the one to do that. Iām definitely more spontaneous as far as where weāre going and what weāre doing," she says.
Drivers who join Chevron Rewards between now and September 30 unlock $1 off per gallon for up to 5 fill-ups of Chevron with TechronĀ® ā maximizing savings at every participating station.
