Zoë Kravitz knows that sometimes less is more. The actor, who recently touched down in New York City alongside her fiancé, Harry Styles, stepped out on Saturday in a simple ensemble that made for an easy summer look. A white tee-and-blue jeans combo is a classic for a reason, after all.

For Kravitz’s take on the timeless look, she went with a soft white T-shirt with a boxy, cropped silhouette and crew neckline. She paired the top with super low-rise light-wash jeans, treated with an uneven fade that gave them a worn-in feel. The legs flared from the knees down, where they were hemmed just above the ankle bone.

For shoes, Kravitz slipped into her black suede ballerinas, designed with a wide opening and little block heel. She added her chunky sunglasses for some privacy, and pulled her long hair into a hair-up hair-down style. Her jewelry included a little gold necklace, seashell earrings, and her sparkling diamond engagement ring, of course.
But the star of the show might have to be her slouchy Saint Laurent bag: a black leather piece crafted from smooth calfskin with a soft suede lining and bronze-tone hardware. On each side, the accessory was elevated with the house’s classic Cassandre ring motif, featuring the YSL logo. Kravitz carried the bag on her shoulder from its leather-and-chain strap, and, as she walked, was seen tucking her wired headphones into its roomy body.
Kravitz and Styles arrived back in NYC just days ahead of the “Aperture” singer’s 30-night run at Madison Square Garden, which kicks off this week.
